The Year 7 team played against John Hanson and Winton. They were all complimented on their cricket by Andy Hooper of Andover Cricket Club who invited them to join the Monday night U13 sessions at the Club, starting end of April.
As part of National Science Week, 6 students from year 10 attended the "Blue Fusion" event organised by IBM UK and hosted at their site in Hursley (near Winchester). Students took part in a range of science and technology related activities, from acting as a "human computer" to fine-tuning the behaviour of a colony [...]
The project, currently known as the ‘St Mary’s Project’ has been funded by Hampshire County Council and is now underway. It will involve secondary and primary schools in the local area and culminate in a celebratory event at St Mary’s church in Andover, including an exhibition, a private view and workshops. [...]
