The Throne of Books built by Harrow Way School’s library staff has now been dismantled and half the books distributed to year 6 pupils in the surrounding area. Louise Caulfield, Librarian at Harrow Way, was overjoyed at the positive response she received from pupils at Portway, Kimpton, Appleshaw, Roman Way and Shipton Bellinger junior schools. The throne and grand handout were part of the Harrow Way World Book Day celebrations and would not have been possible without the help and support from the staff at Watertones Bookshop.
