Food for thought!

P1010129The Year 11 GCSE Catering students took some much needed down time from controlled assessment to visit Heston Bloomenthal’s revamped Popham Little Chef in the snow. Students got to eat, visit the kitchens, eat, the opportunity to discuss cooking methods with the Chef, eat, and meet the manager who took them through a number of informative exercises with regards to the law and the catering industry … and then have pudding.

An educational and fun afternoon was had by all.
