Funded by the Big Lottery, Year 10 girls all received a Health and Fitness session with Tommy Gentleman at the beginning of the term. They then had the opportunity of joining either (or both!) of his clubs, before school on a Wednesday or after school on a Monday. Many girls took up this excellent opportunity and had great fun getting fitter and more toned.
Eight Year 10 girls (Claire Breen, Lynsey Grover, Steph Boulton, Steph Jackson, Gemma Twycross, Charlotte Spicer, Anna Bazzoni and Cathy Murray) managed to attend at least six of the sessions and earned themselves a fabulous T-shirt. The girls chose to have their initials and Tommy’s logo on the front, with ‘I Toned Up With Tommy’ on the back.
Well done to all the girls but especially to Claire Breen who attended both clubs with 100% attendance!
