This team showed their true potential in this game. They have suffered a few defeats recently and this has hurt their pride a little.
Therefore a really determined team took to the court and it was pleasingto see their hard work and determination being rewarded.
Georgina Harris shot so much better and this made a real difference. Vicky Wells made some impressive passes into the circle from the wing defence showing excellent vision and awareness. Lauren Willis worked doggedly in defence and turned over many an attack from the John Hanson team assisted by Hollie Guiver.
Cassie Weeks worked hard in centre court linking the defence to the attck. Cassie is a very consistent player and has been the real backbone to this team. Well done – a real team effort!
