Holocaust Memorial Day falls on Wednesday 27th Jan but as Holocaust survivors attend their own services we cannot mark it on that day. Harrow Way School is holding the first of two events on Friday 29th January for Year 9 students.
We are honored to have Walter Kammerling (Kindertransport) visit the school to talk about his experiences. Sir George Young MP will also be coming along.
On Thursday 11th February Zigi Shipper will visit us to give his testimony. This will be to Year 10, and some Year 11 History Students.
We are very much looking forward to welcoming them to the school.
