A huge ‘congratulations!’ to James Bacon, Year 11, who has officially made it through the trials and squad stage and into the Partnership U16 Rugby team. He will be with twenty six other players from all the partnership schools: Mountbatten, Romsey, Rookwood, John Hanson, Test Valley and Winton.

Their first match was played at Andover Rugby Club last Friday, 10th October. Although trailing at half-time, the Partnership team beat Clere School 17-14 in their first ever match together. Great team work and good forward play by James, who was also well supported by his Andover Rugby Club coach Andy Earle. Well done James!
