A fantastic start to the season for this team. The girls showed more excellent timing and accurate, powerful passing to bring the ball up the court quickly and efficiently. They must make sure they do not rush their play and risk losing the ball.
With some work on positional play and channelling, this team has the potential to do very well.
Ella Howells (GK) was a ‘rock’ at the back in defence today, she did not let any ball past her and her passes out of the defence were powerful and concise.
Ellie Roche (C) showed her potential to be a very mature and useful player. She made well-timed dodges towards the space and was always in the right place when defending.
