Leaders place great importance on pupils’ wellbeing. Pastoral support is a particular strength of the school and pupils value this greatly.
Leaders have created a positive and welcoming culture, which means pupils want to come to school.
Pupils are able to adopt a wide range of pupil leadership roles during their time at the school. This includes the highly coveted ‘student executive team’, whose members ensure that pupils’ opinions are carefully considered by school leaders.
