This year’s annual Christmas Fair will take place on Friday 28th November from 3.30pm – 5.30pm in the school Auditorium. Enjoy games, competitions, prizes, a BBQ, Santa’s Grotto, a Mario Kart tournament, a tombola, an assault course and more — all planned and run by our students.
Cash-Free Fair
The fair uses Jingles (50p each), available via Scopay until 3pm on Thursday 27th November. Jingles will be delivered to students via Tutors; undelivered ones can be collected from Reception.
Most stalls cost 1–2 Jingles. BBQ items cost slightly more. Entrance is free. Jingles can be bought on the door (cash or card). Minimum £5 spend on card.
Supporting Charities
All proceeds will go to the Harrow Way PTA and the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Air Ambulance.
Raffle

All the profit from the sale of these raffle tickets will go directly to the HWCS PTFA. We are a registered charity (Charity Number: 1202176) and our aim is to raise money to advance the education of pupils in the school, by:
- engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils.
- developing effective relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school
Ticket sales will end on the 5th December 2025 at 8pm and the draw will take place soon after. You will be sent an email letting you know when the draw has taken place and you can then log back in to see if you have won. Good Luck!
