Great win for the Year 7 and 8 girls football team at the Andover District 5-a-side tournament tonight.
They beat John Hanson B 2-0 and Testbourne A 1-0 in the group stages. All goals were scored by Sky Hull. Some fantastic goalkeeping in those games by Faith Holman and Morgan Durrans.
The girls played John Hanson A in the final. Despite missing an early penalty, Sky scored a great shot on goal. This was followed up with a second, a deflected shot in by Faith. Maddie Taylor played well in goal, preventing any clear chances for the opposition.
