Year ten have made a mixed start to the league season. Playing in a strong district league we played the first fixture against Wellington on Tuesday 19th September and the team held strong in the first half only trailing 2-1 at the break. Fitness and form were hard to find in the second half and we eventually surrendered more goals losing 6-1, this could have been more if not for a Man of the match performance from Jed Trengove between the sticks.

We bounced back superbly against Winton on the 28th September putting in a much improved performance winning 5-1 in a comfortable match. Man of the match Kial Mumford putting in three to take home the match ball. This was a solid performance to build on moving forward as we hope to keep the momentum ahead of big fixtures against Test Valley and John Hanson.
