On Friday 13th June, it was the last day where all our Year 11 students had to attend to sit an exam together. After we held a leavers assembly in the Auditorium to say a final goodbye and show them some memories of their time at Harrow Way.
All of Year 11 were then taken to the tennis courts and given a balloon for a balloon release, to celebrate their last day. A gallery of pictures can be seen here.
Each student wrote their name on a tag attached to the balloon, so far we have had the following finds:
Arielle Myers’ balloon was found in Alresford, Hampshire
Callum Paxton and Rahul Jagapurludi’s balloons were found in Liphook, Hampshire
Josh Williams’ balloon landed in LoxWood, near Billinghurst, West Sussex
Jade Lloyd’s was found in Horsham
Jess Hall’s was found in Four Marks Village, Hampshire
Erica Fernandes’ balloon was found in the school field of Kingslea Primary School in Horsham, West Sussex
Ben Trickett – Mannings Heath, West Sussex
