On Tuesday 16th July, Harrow Way students from Year 8 were very lucky to have author Caroline Green visit them to give a talk and run two specialist writing workshops. Caroline is a local girl, she went to Winton School, but now lives in London working full time as a journalist and author. She spoke about her books, about the craft of writing and her inspirations. It was a very enjoyable day for all and before she left, Caroline mentioned how motivated and polite the Harrow Way students were and that she’d had a really lovely time meeting them all.
Caroline’s books ‘Cracks’, ‘Hold Your Breath’ and ‘Dark Ride’ are all available to borrow from the School Library.
