Year 7 tutor groups were encouraged to guess who would win the ‘BBC Sports Personality of the Year’. 2 points were given to everyone who picked the winner (Bradley Wiggins, winning the 2012 Tour de France and 7 Olympic medals in his lifetime) and 1 point for picking the runner-up (Jessica Ennis, World and European heptathlon gold medallist and London 2012 Olympic Champion).
