Harrow Way had their first cricket match of the season verses Rookwood school at Amport Cricket Ground on Thursday 9th June. The combined year 7 and 8 team were victorious over Rookwood making a score of 96 runs for 3 wickets. Rookwood made a score of 71 runs for 7.
The Harrow Way team were on fine form, Robbie Taylor managed a great batting performance to make 25 runs not out. Fielding was also great with Ben Black getting a wicket with his first bowl, and Jamie Greggs fantastic aimed throw at the wickets to run-out a Rookwood batsman.
