Harrow Way 18 ½ Test Valley 14
A really close and exciting game saw Harrow Way come out the eventual winners. The difference between the two teams was only ½ a rounder at the end of the first innings so the game could have gone either way. However thr the girls showed a real team spirit and worked hard to keep Test Valley to the minimum number of rounders in the second innings.
Good batting by Ella Howells, Ellie Roche, Jess Wilson, Lili McLean and Lydia Moulding helped the team to their final victory. Jess Wilson had a good game in the deep field, showing an accurate, long throw.
A nail-biting match that showed a real determination and mature use of tactics.
