Each member of the LEJOG team is used to tackling extreme physical challenges – running marathons, swimming shark invested pools, cycling the length of the country – but none of them have ever attempted to ride approximately 130 miles every day for seven days!

As with before, we’ve arranged for churches up the country to let us kip on their floor, use their kitchen and bless us with a hot holy shower. We don’t want to be accused of being spoilt during the ride and our mission is to spend as little as possible so we can give as much as possible to our two charities: The Countess of Brecknock Hospice and The British Heart Foundation.
