Result Harrow Way 43 – Test Valley 6
This team had to make a few changes due to illness and players having other commitments. However, as the score suggests, the team just got on with it and the changes had very little effect. Stephanie Villiers moved into Wing Attack, Hannah Catton changed from WA to Centre and Beth Heathershaw came in as Goal Keeper.
The Harrow Way team was impressive from start to finish in this game. It would have been very easy to lose concentration, but they set themselves a target each quarter to maintain their focus.
Anna Murray and Kayleigh Kennedy were on fire with their shooting and really worked well. Hannah Catton took some fantastic interceptioms in centre court, never really allowing Test Valley to build up any attacking moves.
Beth Heathershaw worked well with Rebecca Parker in defence with Rebecca taking control and leading those around her by example.
This team is still unbeaten and still improving. A real force to be reckoned with.
