The girls were obviously eating their ‘weetabix’ over the half term because they have come back charged and ready to go. The score demonstrates that this team means business!
You could rarely fault the girls this game, they demonstrated moments of very good netball, not only their skills, but tactically as well.
The attack took advantage of every centre pass with excellent passing from Victoria Wells and Izzy Smart who worked the ball well into shooters Chloe Lister, Georgina Harris and Chelsea Renshaw who rarely missed the target.
Defensively we were outstanding and the Winton attack did not stand a chance. Almost every pass was intercepted by either Lauren Willis or Hollie Guiver and was calmly worked back into our shooters leaving a very quiet game for our goal keeper, Hollie Eaton.
The team should be extremely proud of themselves. Well done!
