The Lego Mindstorm Robots from the ICT department went on tour today (12th March) to Knights Enham Infants School. There, groups of year 2 students had great fun programming them to perform a series of simple tasks which culminated in a best-of-three race to find the fastest robot.
The students took turns to create programs and download them to the robots. They then assesed the performance of the robots and made suitable adjustments to the programs to achieve the best results.
